Glamour, style and youth in an unforgettable Operetta Gala on 7 August at 21.00 on the stage of the Antique Forum "Augusta Traiana"
From the conductor Dimitar Kosev, to the last soloist and ballet dancer, all the actors on stage are young, talented and beautiful. The concert-performance is designed with a stylish look and like a 1920s ball. The director is Georgi Dinev, who has staged many glamorous concerts in this musical style. The designer of the show and the solo costumes is GENDONI.
In the Operetta Gala guest is the favourite of the Stara Zagora audience Besa Lugici from Kosovo. From Hungary comes the attractive pair of soloists Sylvie Sendy and Karoly Peller. Young talents Velin Mihailov and Lilia Ilieva also take part.
The programme of the operetta gala will feature selected arias, duets and ensembles from operettas by Offenbach, Strauss, Lehar, Kalman performed by soloists Elena Petrova, Valery Turmanov, Elena Mishinova, Boris Taskov, Yanitsa Nesheva, Emilia Djurova, students from the National Academy of Music "Prof. Pancho Vladigerov", the orchestra and choir of the State Opera - Stara Zagora. The spectators will enjoy the impressive solos and performances of the Stara Zagora Opera Ballet. The choreography is by Ioanna Stoyanova.
