The Winter Dance Academy is organized for the second time at the Opera House

From 2 to 7 January 2019, the Stara Zagora State Opera will host and organize an intensive winter dance academy for the second time. The prima ballerina, choreographer and teacher Sylvia Tomova with assistant prima ballerina Anelia Dimitrova, together with her colleagues - outstanding artists and choreographers from the company of Ballet Arabesque Angelina Gavrilova, Valeri Milenkov and Philip Milanov, will offer a master class to improve the dance skills of dancers of different ages in a multi-genre direction. The all-day classes are held in the ballet hall of the State Opera-Stara Zagora. Professional training includes participation in the master classes of Silvia Tomova in classical ballet - technique and repertoire, neoclassical - technique and repertoire with Angelina Gavrilova, and modern and contemporary dance - technique and repertoire with Valeri Milenkov and Philip Milanov.

Participants in the academy are provided with accommodation and full board /on request/. The five-day training will end on January 7, at 16.00 with a concert - performance on the stage of the State Opera - Stara Zagora with the participation of young graduates from different age groups and the ballet of the State Opera - Stara Zagora. Each participant in the Academy will receive a certificate of completion.
