On September 28 at 20.00 there will be an impressive stage attraction on the new stage "Orfeida" of the Stara Zagora Opera on the shore of the lake "Zagorka": the culinary show for chef and orchestra "The Taste of Music". The most famous cook among the cellists and the most famous cellist among the cooks - Yolanta Delibosova - Yoli herself, will cook and play for her audience, together with her colleagues from the chamber ensemble "Kolegium Musikum SZ" of the State Opera - Stara Zagora with the special participation of soprano Linka Stoyanova. She will prepare before the eyes of the spectators on the open stage in the summer garden of the Park-Hotel Stara Zagora selected dishes based on the recipes of the great culinary composers - Rossini, Schumann and Bizet, and the audience will have the opportunity to taste the dishes with recommended wines and drinks.

At 37, Rossini is already basking in his fame as a brilliant composer, but he has never abandoned his other love - cooking. At his home in Paris, he gives glamorous "musical" lunches, and on Saturdays 30 selected guests enjoy his exquisite dishes. Some 50 recipes are attributed to the famous composer, including the Figaro salad of boiled veal tongue, cannelloni a la Rossini and of course the legendary Tournedo Rossini. In fact, there is a legend about how this amazing dish got its name. Rossini insisted on having the ordered dish prepared under his personal supervision and forced the famous chef Auguste Escoffer to cook in the same room with the composer. When the chef resented the control imposed, he exclaimed, "If that's the way it is, turn your back!" And so "Tournedo" was born.

Many more curious stories like this one, with which comes the inspiration for unique dishes and desserts, will be shared and served in the Culinary Music Show with favorite dishes by world composers.
